In 1995, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno, and then worked as a lawyer in the District Office in Karviná. In 1999, she started her attorney-at-law training at the Kubiczek & Hajduk Legal Office. She passed her bar exam in 2003 and then worked as an attorney-at-law, becoming a partner of the Hajduk & Partners Legal Office. Together with Mgr. Beata Kaczynská, she founded the Lotterová & Kaczynská Legal Office in January 2012.
She specializes in managing the cases in the scope of the civil law, criminal law, labour law and the family law. Under the civil law, she mainly focuses on preparing, assessing and drafting contracts. She provides comprehensive services related to property ownership transfer. She provides her clients with legal assistance in criminal matters, involving the defence in criminal proceedings or authorized representation of the claimants. She performs the function of the official receiver in bankruptcy proceedings.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno in 1999. In the same year, she started working as an attorney-at-law trainee at a law firm in Èeskŭ Tìín. After passing the bar exam on 1 January 2003, she was admitted to the Czech Bar Association. Until the end of 2011, she worked as an attorney-at-law and a partner at the Hajduk & Partners Legal Office.
In June 2009, she participated in the "Young Defenders Training Programme" organized by the international organization Fair Trials Internationals in Nottingham. The aim of the program was to exchange information and create a close network of lawyers from European countries providing legal services in the field of human rights and criminal law.
From the very beginning of her legal practice, in addition to traditional legal fields such as civil law, labour law and criminal law, she has also dealt with the issues in the field of medical law. She collaborates with health care providers supplying them with comprehensive legal services. She represents clients in disputes arising in connection with the provision of health care. She also specializes in the provision of legal services in business law, with particular emphasis on the commercial companies law.
