Remuneration for the provision of legal services under the Law on the Bar is determined by the nature of the case as:
- Hourly settlement
- is determined by the hourly rate of the legal office and depends on the number of hours devoted to handling the case
- Settlement for specific actions
- is determined as remuneration for individual legal actions provided in the particular case, and the price for each activity is settled according to the legal tariff or are individually agreed upon with the client
- Flat rate settlement
- is determined by setting a specific lump sum for the settlement of the case including all activities and tasks that have been performed in the provision of legal services, the amount of remuneration is settled in advance by agreement
Before taking a case, the client is informed of the expected range of legal actions to be taken in order to settle the matter.
